Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Analyst SAP Logistics (f/m) to join our Warehouse Management based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing cutting-edge IT solutions for aircraft production. You will be integrated in our global logistics run-mode organization. In this role you will be involved in major logistics transformation initiatives aiming at implementing optimized SAP solutions and ensuring system reliability

Your challenges:

  • Collaborate with logistics business partners to translate their needs into adequate IT support across SAP technologies (SAP R/3 ERP, EWM, S/4HANA, Mobile Devices).
  • Design, implement, and deploy optimized logistics IT solutions, including warehouse automation, IoT, and advanced analytics.
  • Drive logistics transformation initiatives and support final tests, Entry into Service, and Hypercare phases in manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure run-mode performance KPI targets are achieved and prevent production impacts related to ITGC and user activities.
  • Operate and improve the support model and crisis management, reporting activities to the Global Service Delivery Manager.

Your boarding pass:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in IT Support with strong ITSM skills (Incidents, Problems, Change, KPIs, LEAN); ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.
  • Several years of experience with SAP Supply Chain Management (specifically SAP MM, WM/EWM with SAP R/3 ERP, S/4HANA).
  • Experience in Data Analytics (HANA Studio, SQL, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Qlik).
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
