🛡️ About Stoïk
Founded in 2021, Stoïk is Europe's leading insurtech dedicated to cyber risk, with the ambition of becoming the CISO of Europe. The company was created to address a structural gap: while cyber threats have become one of the biggest risks for businesses, most existing solutions remain fragmented, overly technical, or designed only for large enterprises.
The company has built a 360° cyber risk protection model that integrates cyber insurance, continuous risk prevention, detection, and in-house incident response teams, increasingly powered by proprietary AI technologies. This approach allows Stoïk to support companies before, during, and after a cyberattack, helping them maintain operations, reduce financial losses, and recover faster.
Backed by €70m+ in funding from top-tier investors (a16z, Alven, Munich Re), Stoïk protects more than 12,000 companies across Europe, works with over 2,000 broker partners, and operates in six European countries including France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Austria, and Netherlands, supported by a fast-growing international team of specialists.
👐 About the team
Revenue Operations at Stoïk covers the whole customer lifecycle, from first lead to renewal. It spans Marketing, Insurance Sales, Cyber Sales (direct and indirect), Customer Success, and Finance: more than 100 people across 6 countries.
We help these teams work together around shared goals, reliable data and scalable processes. With the go-to-market teams, we act as business partners: we learn how they sell and support customers, then design the processes and systems they run on. With Product, Tech and Data, we co-build: we connect our revenue systems to Stoïk's own applications and keep revenue data trustworthy.
RevOps sits in the Operations team. You will work closely with go-to-market leaders and ICs across countries, Product, Tech, Data and Finance.
💼 About the job
As RevOps Engineer, you will own and evolve the systems behind Stoïk's revenue: our CRM (HubSpot) at the core, connected to our own product applications and a large sales toolstack (Aircall, Gong, Granola, Lemlist, Clay, Qobra, etc.).
This is a business-first builder role. You won't just maintain tools or close tickets. You will be expected to take a fuzzy business problem, scope it, build the answer and roll it out with the teams, without waiting for an engineering team to take over.
Build and grow a scalable revenue systems architecture
Own HubSpot's architecture and its integrations with Stoïk's product applications.
Run and improve the toolstack around it, across the whole revenue cycle.
Support every new product, market and sales motion with scalable system choices.
Keep revenue data reliable and useful for decision-making.
Partner with the business
Work directly with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to understand how they operate and where they can be more productive.
Decide what to build, what not to build and when to call in engineering.
Drive adoption: train the teams and make sure what you ship is actually used.
Bring AI into everyday revenue work
Ship AI agents that take repetitive work off the teams.
Help every team work with AI on our own data.
Build faster yourself with AI-assisted development (via Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.).
🧩 About you
Must have
You hold a degree from an engineering or business school.
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a first role close to the business: operations, growth, strategy or consulting.
You are fluent with AI tools and use them to build, not just to chat (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, agents).
You can take an ambiguous business problem, scope it on your own and deliver a tool, automation or process that people actually use.
You are curious and learn fast. You want to understand how things work under the hood.
You are at ease with many stakeholders. You can explain a system to a sales rep, then challenge a developer on how to build it.
You work fluently in English.
Nice to have
Exposure to a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce…).
SQL or Python.
French, German, Spanish or Dutch.
Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We value potential, curiosity and the drive to learn more than a perfect CV.
